Hopefully I can give you a few tips Cycle Training, which helps you prepare for your first Ironman Triathlon.

I repeat what I said in the Bike Page. Make sure that when I buy a bike that is the correct image size for you. Make sure that personal experience bicycle outlet adjust to this bike.

In other words, if you are really on the underside of the pedal stroke, the bike is not properly set up. When all scrunched and are no longer the legs far enough, the bike is not properly set up. Something as simple as raising or lowering the seat can make a big difference to your pedal stroke. It is important to use all the big muscles.

You'll find that bicycle training involves much more than cycling itself. What is so simple as using the bike properly set up your transition to a much less painful.

When it comes to the actual bike training, many hopes Ironman the first time have the wrong idea. You do not have to walk and cycle hundreds of miles. Maybe one day, if you decide to really go and try, in your age group you can view the intense training. For your first attempt at a recall only Ironman. You're not out to create a new record for the bike split. You want to end this thing!

I would recommend you a 7 or 8 hours drive approximately 8 weeks from Ironman day. Go with a few people. Pack lots of food and water and plan, which must be fulfilled for the day. Do not worry about how many miles. Everything you do is always an idea what it is like on the bike that long.

For the rest of the training year trying to bike 3 or 4 times per week. You can buy 1 or 2 of these trips on a wind trainer or a gym on one of their bike. As your season, try for a longer run of 2 or 3 hours once per week. Do not worry about how many miles. More attention to actual time on the bike and a cadence and speed that you are familiar with. I recommend the heart-monitor use on a bicycle. (My website for the section on heart monitor training). Try and stay at or below your target heart rate and your fitness level will continue to improve over time.

Make sure that different liquids supplements and various types of solid food until you find what is wrong with you and then go with him. I would recommend for one of the gels because they are handy, and with food, and probably on every Ironman course.

As your season, you should try and run a transition trip per week. The best day for this is the day when you are on your wind-trainer. Ride for at least an hour and then immediately after for at least half an hour. This will help get you on the bike-run transition. It is not necessary, cycle 4 or 5 hours and then 15 miles to see what it feels like. Trust me, after an hour on the bike, you get the idea after about 4 steps into the run.

I will not kid you. There is nothing on earth, which "really" prepare you for what you experience when you use the tent and bike transition head on your first Ironman marathon. But bike-run transition training in your bike will certainly help.
