driving to Chevrolet's lot has a lot to me to ask. What can I expect? I've never bought Chevrolet, or in this case something more alien than ten years. The lack of quality had diverted my interests into our local Japanese economy. But in any case, I was ready and prepared for the worst ... or maybe not.
My first impression of the new Chevrolet Malibu was a complete surprise. It is a beautiful and distinctive car from one hundred yards away, but I'm still skeptical until I can really up close and check the details. It is because of this, I buy a car for the functionality, style (search differs from the crowd), and reliability. I have so many TV ads pitch, and even includes a wide range of radio sponsorship of local businesses to praise America's Comeback Kid. So much in order, the car itself looks great from up close. How does the car perform?
I am not to judge so closely. From the front of the car, there are fabulous details. Fantastic fit and processed around no unsightly gaps plagued body parts that the last two generations ago. I looked at the LT2 model. Chrome applications in Nice, just the right places, not exaggerated or excessive. Pull door handle feel solid and very much in loosening ergonomics. In addition, to delete, unsightly window trim disappeared, caused clean and aerodynamic design. The rear lights have been a change, very retro, but at the same time elegant. Chevrolet nabbed a couple of design signals, it is echoed 2008 Cadillac CTS sedan. I have just pointed out, the sales consultant, Toyota has in the development and the engineer? With a grin ear to ear, he proclaimed an emphatic NO!
Well, I can see only see 50% of the total experience. I still had to be sold, how well it performs on the highway. Commute fifty miles round trip was the norm, so that comfort and power transfer were my great highlights. I am behind the wheel, provide everything necessary to help assist my intellectual property and looked about the cabin trying to figure out all the gadgetry. The one thing is that pop-out, was to draw attention to further details on the materials of the dash panel and seating surfaces, very comfortable and not too hard. What would happen next I am speechless, I Cranked the ignition, no sound what. A definite highlight in my book, very quiet, no engine noise, which from the inside. I find them in the drive and accelerated, still silent, without the high totals of four banger Ford Festiva ... unbelievable!
To conclude, the car has been meticulous in detail, I hunted down the four-cylinder up and down narrow gorges in the Napa Valley, not a glance. Needless to say, my expectations were exceeded tenfold. Surprise would not the word to describe the test drive. We have all heard the praise of the Malibu, and I can finally bear witness to the large amount of publicity and rave reviews that it is not bad. As you have read this review, I have the song and dance. A proud new owner of a revitalized icon of yesterday, I'm still in enthusiasm.
